Mr. Grant Salazar is 23 years old and has been training in Taekwondo since the age of 3. Inspired by his older brother, he explored other sports like baseball, lacrosse, and soccer, but Taekwondo quickly became his lifelong passion. He is now a 4th-degree Black Belt, a milestone he is proud to have earned through years of dedication and perseverance.
Grant currently serves as the Location Manager at Venture Martial Arts – Central Park. His leadership journey began at just 12 years old when he volunteered as an instructor, and by 16 he had already become a head instructor. Alongside his martial arts career, Grant pursued higher education and earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Colorado State University, blending his passion for teaching and business into a path that allows him to help Venture grow and thrive.
What Grant values most is the community that Venture has built. To him, the students, families, and team members are more than part of a martial arts school—they are lifelong friends and an extended family that he is grateful to lead and serve.
